Coming Out Of Lockdown
Saturday & Sunday, 1 & 2 August
Zoom, 10.00–12.00 then 2.00-4.00
- How are you dealing with the impact of the last few months?
- How are you adjusting to the new reality?
- How are you handling the uncertainty of that reality?
On this workshop we're offering a safe, reflective space to discuss these questions, share thoughts and feelings about our experiences of lockdown, and find ways to return to 'normality' with a new sense of energy and purpose.
We'll look at how well you've been coping with what’s going on; how good you are at tapping into your inner resources, and finding the support you need; what changes you're noticing within yourself and what that might mean for the future.
As in all our workshops, we'll mix short thinking and writing exercises with discussion and sharing of stories in pairs and in the larger group. The day will run from 10.00 to 12.00 and 2.00 to 4.00, with a light task during the two-hour break at midday. (For CPD purposes it will count as five hours per day)
We're aware that onscreen time can be intense and tiring. We've designed this workshop to give you plenty of offscreen time, as well as opportunities to share in the privacy of breakout rooms.
The workshop is limited to 10 places and we would advise early booking. We'll send you a Zoom invitation once we've received your payment. Please get in touch with us here if you need any more information.
COMING OUT OF LOCKDOWN
For some people lockdown has been a draining and disorientating experience. For others it has been almost a welcome break.
This online workshop is about how we find the energy, confidence and purpose to return to 'normal' life again.
